This site is dedicated to the guys out there who want to get fitter, bigger, stronger or leaner (even if that last one sounds like a contradiction in terms). The truth is that all of
these things are achievable by you, yes
you! It will take hard work, but it is very much possible to do. A key to almost all of the above, regardless of whether you are looking for fitness, strength training or muscle gain exercise, is to learn how to build muscle. Muscle building is the key because increased muscle mass will make you faster as well as improve your strength and frankly just how good your body will look to women.
There are some trainers out there who I respect and to whom I'll refer for the physical side of how to do things. What I want to do is to try and pull it together for you and most
importantly of all to present some of the mental factors, and I'll be blunt here, the reason you've not succeeded as well as you might so far is almost all down to the headspace that you
are in.
Anything is possible. Forget what you might think or you've been told about genetics, metabolisms, forget your past experiences, here and now is where you take the first steps on that
journey to the body you always wanted.
